General Conditions:

1. Total Price: Includes unlimited mileage, fully comprehensive insurance, Alicante Airport delivery & collection service and 16& local tax (I.T.V.) Petrol prices are NOT included.

2. FUEL CONDITIONS: The car will be given with a full tank of petrol and be charged on the contract, the car must be returned empty as petrol refunds are not given.

3. AIRPORT DELIVERY & COLLECTION SERVICES: Free Airport delivery.

4. MEETING POINT: To pickup the car at Alicante airport, client must walk in the parking of the airport, front the terminal building, Upper floor parking first lane, (Lift and stairs are just beside the automatic cashiers of the carpark) and look for a coloured white caravan with big red spot on the front and Victorias name painted on de sides. (in Valencia airport parking sector-l nr. 642)

5. PAYMENT TERMS.: Client must pay when pickup of in cash euro or credit cards (Visa – Master Card – Eurocard – American Express) or Eurocheques or Travellers Cheques.

6. INSURANCE: Does not include any damage on tyres & wheels, traffic fines, Towing services, Garaging and Retention of the car by any public organisation, Loss of keys (cost 100€) and Personal belongings left in the car in the event of fire, accident or robberies. It´s not allowed drive the car out of Spain.

7. DRIVERS: Maximum 2 drivers per car, 3rd. driver 20% surcharge, drivers must be over 21 years and 2 year experience with driving license.

8. EXTRAS: Roof Racks are free, Baby Seat: 1 Euro. per rental day.

9. The car groupe can be changed on any other car model at any moment and without any prior notice.
